exchanges & returns

If for any reason you are not completely happy with your Joyous Ride™ product(s), please let us know so we can make it right!  Along with using the highest quality fabrication blends and printing/detailing methods, keeping our customers satisfied is a top priority.  Please read the sections below for instructions and information regarding our policies on all Joyous Ride™ exchanges and returns. 

Exchanges:  If you are exchanging any item(s), please be aware that you will need to ship the item(s) back to our fulfillment center - we do not provide return shipping labels.  We will cover the shipping cost on the exchanged item(s) back to you.  If you decide to add more item(s) to your new order, you will only have to pay for the cost of those additional items.  All exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of purchase.  

Returns:  All items that are still in new, unworn condition with the tag(s) still intact are able to be exchanged, or returned for a full refund of the cost of the item(s).  Your refund will be issued once the product(s) have arrived back to our fulfillment center and inspected to ensure condition is still new. All returns must be initiated within 30 days of purchase.  

Instructions on Initiating an Exchange or Return:  Please complete the form on our 'Contact' page.  Be sure to include either "Exchange Request" or "Return Request" in the subject line, along with your order number; i.e.) Exchange Request for Order Number 01105.  If you do not know your order number, please specify in the message section.  Once you have completed and submitted the form, you will receive a response email within 24 to 48 hours with instructions on exchanging or returning your particular product(s).
